Al-Najdain have follows following steps for the design, Execution of premise distribution system as per international standards & specification.

Al-Najdain having in hand experience for the execution of LSTK projects

• Detailed design for new PDS/Structure cabling system for multistory buildings to economically, efficiently and systematically route/distribution the premise cables/Inside house cable to the end users location through information (Design) outlets. PDS as per clients requirement. We also having experience to execute LSTK solution for specified premises.
• The detailed design specifies and show al the civil works and material requirement to provide a standard PDS infrastructure. These included design for main distributed frames, Telephone terminal cabinets, Data cabinets, Telephone terminal Blocks, Protection Modules, Data distribution panels (Copper RJ-45) and fiber optic type (ST/SC/FC-type connector), square ducts, pull boxes, Junction boxes, information outlets, Dedicated power supply, Grounding system and other accessories. 
• The proposed premise distribution system are design with EIA/TIA 568-A, EIA 569-A, BICSI-TDMM (latest edition) and the company construction and installation standard.

• We are using internationally approved & recommended material or material specification with their manufacturer provided by client according to their requirement.

• Installation of main distribution frame TTB's, Data cabinet, Data and Voice distribution patch panels (RJ-45, ST/SC/FC), Telephone terminal blocks, Protection modules, Square ducts, Pull boxes, Junction boxes, Race ways, Emt pipes, RSC-PNC coated pipes, Information outlets boxes, Grounding system, Cabling and other accessories.

• We follow the international standard for testing for STP, UTP & Fiber cable (SM or MM) entire to the satisfaction of client. We provide complete set up of test results in hard & sof copy for future reference.

• Upon the completion of infrastructure network with their physical & electrical testing we offer to the client for Technical Completion Certification.

• After getting TCC, within specific period we offer for Preliminary Acceptance Certificate as per contract requirement.

• It depends upon the tenure of the project accordingly offer to the client for issuance of Final Acceptance Certificate
